Fedics are currently looking for a Production Manager to assist with planning, organizing production schedules.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge of legislation
- Project Management skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, knowledge of point of sales and financial systems)
- Flexibility with respect to working hours.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent client relations
- 2 - 3 year's Production Management Duties & Responsibilities Ensure prompt service of all meals and services at the required time
- Ensure that methods of preparation and presentation comply recognized catering standards
- Assist with planning menus, rosters, orders, checking and receiving of stock
- Standardize costs and menus
- Ensure that all areas under your control are left as clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with stock take when required
- Ensure that all equipment surfaces and work areas are in a clean and working condition
- Min 5 year's experience in a similar environment
