Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years’ experience in commercial banking or a comparable financial services environment
- Proven expertise in debt structuring and structured finance solutions

Responsibilities
- Step into a high‑impact role at the forefront of growth. This position is responsible for originating and winning new‑to‑bank Business & Commercial clients for Standard Bank, with a strong focus on structured transactions that drive Net Interest Income (NII) growth.
- You’ll operate as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with clients on complex financing needs and providing leveraged acquisition finance (LAF) solutions where required.
