Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's qualification in Engineering, Mining, Sustainability or related disclipline
- MBA or Masters in the relevant field of study is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and risks in the ER&I sector, and developing long-term strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Identifying potential new business ventures within the ER&I space, including partnerships and acquisitions, to expand market reach and revenue streams.
- Leading the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and innovative solutions relevant to the ER&I industry, including energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, and digital transformation.
- Developing and implementing strategies to align the company's operations with sustainability goals, such as carbon reduction targets and circular economy practices.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the ER&I sector, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Contributes on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables
- Tracks outputs against Service Level Agreement and reports to Senior Manager on any unforeseen issues arising
- Is a support resource in planning of sales presentations and client negotiation teams for new and retained business
- working in multidisciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions across or in chosen industry verticals
- Deep customer domain experience across Energy, Resources, and Industrials (ER&I) sectors—including Industrial Products, Construction, Power, Utilities, Renewables, Energy, Chemicals, Mining, and Metals
- Deep understanding of the ER&I market, including regulatory landscape, key players, and technological trends
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with an established company with a focus on heavy industry such as manufacturing, power, oil and energy, mining, renewables, petrochemicals and infrastructure
