Minimum Requirements

• N3 Technical certification / Post Grade 12 qualification advantageous
• N+ Network Qualified
• Dahua and Avigilon Certification
• Must obtain license (Code B or Code C1) to operate the work LDVs Working at Heights and able to obtain a medical fitness certificate. (Red ticket) Must be able to obtain VTS (Vessel Traffic Services - also subjected to Dover Test on ability)
• Driver Operating Permit (Min Code B or C category)
• Tehcnial Operational Duties & Responsibilities
• 1. Effective and efficient installation of technology
• 2. Adhering to the Maintenance/Project process flow.
• 3. Perform aspects of installations and fault-finding services.
• 4. Effective support services for call outs, installations, configuration, cleaning of equipment, boom-gates, surroundings, environment and inspections.
• 5 Effective maintenance of systems technology
• and/or competent in IP camera installation and programming of Dahua, Avigilon, Biometric Readers used on the mine, Centurion Gate motors, Turnstar Turnstiles and Boom Gates, IDS alarm Systems, Electric Fences, Wireless Network systems, fault finding, fibre splicing and fault finding).
• 7. Fully licensed (Code B or Code C1) to use the work LDVs.
• 8. Must be able to obtain VTS.
• 9. Able to obtain a medical fitness certificate. (Red ticket).
• 10. Must be able to obtain a relevant mine licence to operate the required contactor LDV in the mining area, opencast and underground.
• 11. Must be able to test and splice Fiber.
• 12. Must be able to work with a laptop to do fault finding.
• in operating a company vehicle
